Where & how to get these reforestation NFTs?
1. Unifty.io
In partnership with Unifty, we have created the very 1st impactful and sustainable NFT farm for the xDAI chain community. Our WXDAI-XGT farmers on Xion.Finance and/or Honeyswap have been waiting to utilize their LP tokens and here it is.
You will now be able to earn an increased APY from your staked LP tokens, plant trees when redeeming NFT/s and create sustainable livelihoods in communities affected by deforestation. An NFT farm for the Xion Forest 🌲
How it works:
- WXDAI-XGT liquidity pool tokens (UNI-V2) acquired from either Xion.Finance or on Honeyswap must be staked on either 1 and/or all 3 different reforestation NFTs to earn seed points and 20% boosted APY (valid for 1 month). Unlimited stake amount and check each NFT to see how many points you need to redeem/purchase the NFT with xDAI. The 1 month APY boost for LP tokens staked, will be deactivated if your LP tokens are withdrawn/unstaked. This prevents users from transferring their LP tokens from 1 wallet to another, since the APY boost is only valid for 1 month per user.
- Once enough points have been earned from staking your LP tokens, you will then be able to redeem your NFT/s with xDAI. Each NFT has a different redeemable/purchase amounts in xDAI. Check the “🌲 3 Reforestation NFTs 🌳” descriptions above for more info ⬆️
- On redemption, your donation will be collected and a portion will be sent to the Xion Forest communities in either Tanzania and/or Haiti to plant X amount of trees depending on what NFT you’ve redeemed. The rest of the amount paid for your NFT/s will go towards Xion Global for development and marketing purposes.
- Furthermore, you will also earn up to 200% constant APY in XGT every month for 24 months, by holding onto your NFT/s. The constant APY is dependent on what NFT you hold and is distributed every 5 seconds for 24 months. If you transfer NFT ownership, then the distribution will continue until 24 months have been issued. This means the APY will not restart when ownership is changed, the 24 months is limited to each NFT.

2. OpenSea
If you don’t want to stake WXDAI-XGT LP tokens (UNI-V2) for an increased APY & prefer the Ethereum Mainnet, then you can simply head to OpenSea where you can directly purchase these reforestation NFTs with ETH, DAI, USDC or WETH.
You can simply purchase them upfront to start earning up to 200% APY in XGT over 24 months and get x amount of trees planted in the Xion Forest (Tanzania and/or Haiti) 🌲 The constant APY is dependent on what NFT you hold.
3. Rarible
Same goes for Rarible. If you don’t wish to stake WXDAI-XGT LP tokens
(UNI-V2) for an increased APY & prefer the Ethereum Mainnet, then you can also simply head to Rarible to either bid on the reforestation NFT/s or buy them upfront with ETH.
As soon as you are an owner of 1 and/or 3 of these NFT/s, you will earn up to 200% APY in XGT over 24 months and get x amount of trees planted in the Xion Forest (Tanzania and/or Haiti) 🌳 The constant APY is dependent on what NFT you hold.
Reports on The Xion Forest Impact 📜

Every time you swap xDAI to XGT on Xion Finance, you will be offered the option to purchase 1 random tree (based off the 10 different tree species) for $0.80 in xDAI.
This is a simple tick box that will add an extra transaction when swapping xDAI>XGT and for every $0.80 donation, 1 tree will be planted. Once the transactions are successful, you will be able to view your donation that has been sent into the Xion Forest wallet address.
At the end of every month, these donations will be sent to ForestNation and all the trees will be planted in the Xion Forest in either Tanzania or Haiti. The price to plant in Tanzania is $0.30 per tree and the price to plant in Haiti is $0.60 per tree.
